• We explain and give our clients in writing their rights under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We explain hat the work can be performed by themselves without the need to pay anybody to obtain a copy of their credit reports, and or challenge incorrect data on their credit reports.  Also give them a written contract detailing the process and prices after services have been provided and the ability to cancel the agreement at any given time and without any penalties.
   
• We do not make any false statements in how to obtain a new credit file. We explain to each of our clients that accurate and timely information can not be removed from their credit files
