3. Client Responsibilities

4. Authorization to Communicate via SMS

By providing your phone number, you consent and authorize A-1 Credit For Me to send you SMS messages regarding account notifications and customer care. Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt-out of SMS communications at any time by replying “STOP” to any message. 5. Fees and Payment

All fees for our services will be outlined in a separate written agreement. We comply with the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA), which prohibits advance payment for credit repair services.

6. Refund Policy

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of credit score, or legal issues arising from your credit status. Our maximum liability shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for services.

We do not guarantee the removal of negative credit information or specific improvements to your credit score. Credit results vary based on a number of factors including your personal credit history and responsiveness of credit bureaus.

10. Modifications to Terms
